1/8 Lotus 97t Logo 2 [D1183]

This is a 1/8 scale Lotus 97t logo decal set (2 pieces).

The beige color is lighter than the beige used on the model itself, closer to the beige used on models like those from Minichamps.

The wing endplates are entirely clear, eliminating the need for alignment, and the glossy surface means no clear coat is required.

The other logos are also made smaller in clear to blend seamlessly without a clear coat.

The decals include logos for the nose, body, winglets, and engine head.

The bridge area of the body was warped and looked unsightly, so I’ve been sanding and polishing the entire body.
Since it’s black, I expected the paint layer to be thin, but it turned out to be quite thick; although the underlying black was exposed where the edge was warped, I can easily fix it just by spraying some black paint with an airbrush.
